Our Therapeutic Orientation
Most of us at TEMENOS would describe our orientation to doing therapy as psychodynamic relational, although we use many techniques from a variety of schools of thought, including cognitive-behavioral, gestalt and EMDR techniques, depending on an individual’s needs. In addition to our academic qualifications, all of us are deeply committed to life-long learning and have considerable post-graduate training in various techniques and perspectives.
